Refund Policy

At BrightVolt Solar Solutions, we are committed to providing clear and fair service terms. This refund policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled across our solar consultation and installation journey.

1. No Online Payments Accepted

We do not accept online payments via this website. All payments are made directly during physical meetings or confirmed over WhatsApp/email after site inspection and quotation approval.

2. 100% Refund Before Site Visit

If you cancel your service request before a site survey is conducted, and no resources have been mobilized, your advance (if any) will be refunded in full.

3. Deductions After Site Visit

If you cancel the order after our engineer has conducted a physical site survey, a deduction of ₹500–₹1000 may apply as a non-refundable service visit fee, depending on your location.

4. Material-Based Deductions

If any materials (panels, inverters, mounting frames, etc.) have been procured specifically for your project, deductions will include actual supplier costs, logistics, and handling charges.

5. No Refund After Installation

Once the solar system is installed at your location and commissioned, no refund is applicable. Any technical issues will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and our 1-year workmanship guarantee.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds (partial or full) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment mode or as discussed on call/WhatsApp.
