These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our professional solar services, including system design, consultation, installation, after-sales support, and government subsidy application assistance.

1. Scope of Services

BrightVolt Solar Solutions provides solar panel installation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Our services include rooftop solar setup, inverter and battery installation, net-metering integration, and annual maintenance contracts.

2. Pricing Transparency

All prices shared are base estimates. Final quotations may vary based on rooftop complexity, cable length, inverter model, battery configuration, and state-specific subsidy rates. Pricing will always be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Government Subsidy Support

We help customers apply for subsidies through official government portals (MNRE, state DISCOMs). However, subsidy approval is subject to eligibility criteria, application accuracy, and government timelines. We do not charge a commission on subsidies, and we cannot guarantee final sanction amounts or disbursal timelines.

4. Installation & Delivery Time

Standard installations are completed within 2–5 working days after advance payment and material confirmation. Delays due to weather, government inspections, or third-party coordination will be communicated proactively.

5. Warranty & Liability

Solar panels: 25-year performance warranty (via OEM).
Inverters: 5–10 year brand warranty (depending on make).
BrightVolt offers a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation.

BrightVolt is not liable for power failure, grid disconnection, battery degradation, or misuse of installed systems.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide site access, electrical meter details, and rooftop readiness. You must ensure that no unauthorized persons tamper with the system after installation. Alterations without approval will void service warranties.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders canceled before site visit are fully refundable. Orders canceled after site inspection or after work has started may be subject to deduction of material cost, visit charges, or government fees already incurred. Refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms.

8. Content Use & Intellectual Property

All text, visuals, and educational content on brightvolt.site are property of BrightVolt. You may not copy, reuse, or publish any part of this site or documents provided without prior written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we aim for a fair and prompt resolution. If unresolved, matters may be escalated to the local consumer court jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
